Hard to imagine that anyone is having more in the Open than we are.

Good Morning Tribe--

I found myself stuck between a few topics for this week's blog post so you are going to get an amalgamation of all of them. I hope you are all having a fantastic weekend.

First, a huge shout out to all of the teams and team captains and the coaching staff for making the Catacombs Games such a success. No matter what the workout is, you guys know how to have fun. The personal bests and first time accomplishments are inspiring. You guys have done such an amazing job of prioritizing fitness, community, and fun above a number on the leader board. You make me proud.

Second, many of you have begun receiving emails from a member of the coaching staff to set up goal setting sessions. We want to make sure that each of you have the opportunity to check-in with a coach on your goals and that we can provide an extra layer of support and accountability for you. Of course any member of the coaching staff is available to work with any of you, this is just to ensure that no one falls through the cracks. This is going to take some time to roll out, so be patient!

Next, SugarWOD. We have had ENORMOUS success with folks tracking workouts, sharing fist bumps, and generally encouraging each other. If you have not yet joined or if you aren't using regularly, you are missing out. It is such an awesome part of our community. Ask any of the coaches and we will be happy to help you. Last Monday alone we had over 100 people log there scores and there were over 350 fist bumps given...and that is just our little gym! Let's see if we can beat that this week!

As always, remember to sign up for class and to sign in for class once you get here. It helps us keep our classes at the optimal size to coach each and every athlete. If you can't make a class that you have signed up for, please cancel out of the class so that someone else can have your spot. And don't be afraid of the waitlist. There is a ton of turnover and rarely do we have folks not make it into class.

Information will be coming soon for the Murph training group and the Summer Endurance Team. Stay tuned!
