Staying active is an important component to maintaining a high quality of life. Longevity aims to increase functional capacity, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and challenging environment for those 60+. The goal is to improve functional fitness and support the brain-body connection as you age. No previous exercise history required.
This class is led by coaches with decades of experience working in post-rehab fitness with senior citizens and those with chronic health conditions. They bring a breadth of knowledge and understanding, allowing them to create a safe and effective environment for seniors to improve their health and fitness.
As a supplement to our regular Longevity classes, we also offer Longevity Lifts. This is a progressive strength training class focusing on form and oriented toward our Longevity community. This class focuses on 2 to 3 primary lifts per session and progresses week over week.
The best part of Longevity is the community and connection that is built through consistency. This crew is hands down the most welcoming group in town.
