We have gotten quite a few inquiries of late regarding our next Group Foundations sessions. February was dedicated to helping our recent new members transition into group classes and digging in with our existing athletes. The growth curve has been steep and it was time to hit the pause and let everyone settle in. We will reopen Group Foundations in March with a morning option (7:30 AM) and an evening option (6 PM). Dates and registration links can be found below.

Why do we require all athletes new to CrossFit to start with Foundations? Because a strong start with an emphasis on good movement patterns, form, and safety is critical to long term success. We also want the opportunity to expose you to our culture and how we operate. Foundations is the mechanism by which we do this and it is the beginning of the Coach-Athlete relationship that makes all the difference in your progress. Finally, there is a special bond that forms between us when we struggle through workouts together and support each other through the challenge. It is this bond that facilitates the community of Catacombs and is the real secret sauce that promotes consistency and long term commitment. 

March Foundations:
Nine sessions beginning Monday, March 5th through Thursday March 22nd. Classes meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The morning session will meet at 7:30 AM; the evening session at 6 PM. Attendance at 7 of 9 sessions is strongly encouraged. If these times don't work for you, reach out to us about scheduling Private Foundations.
