Quick note today on our Labor Day schedule. We will be running a regular class schedule on Monday with the exception of noon class. There will be no noon class on Monday. T-Up! will be held at the regular time.

Make sure you sign up for the Whole Life Challenge today as the price goes up tomorrow. We will be hosting an info session on Thursday, September 8 but don't wait till then to sign up. It is not mandatory, just a way to get your questions answered. Also, mark your calendar for Friday September 16 as we will be completing an intake workout for the WLC as the workout of the day. We will repeat the workout at the end of the challenge. This will allow you to see what 8 weeks of focused attention on nutrition and lifestyle factors can do for your performance. For those of you interested in tracking weights and measurements over the course of the challenge, we can gather those on the 16th as well.

Luckily, you’ll start each day with a clean slate, ready to try again.
“The Challenge is a permission slip to change your habits without being perfect, and so it will fit into whatever you’ve got going on. In fact, that’s the whole point.
