First off, a big thanks to Coach Tad for not just keeping the ship afloat last week, but for raising the bar and pushing everyone out of your comfort zone. Remember, CrossFit is about constant variation. We change movements, time domains, energy pathways and workout structures to constantly change the stimulus. Tad brings yet a different flavor to your CrossFit experience. Thank you all for breaking him in right!

  • Go to bed by 10 PM Sunday thru Thursday
  • Get to the gym 4 times a week...oh, did I already mention that?

Now think about what it would feel like to achieve them. Pretty awesome, right? Well, they won't happen without focused effort or they would already be reality. So let's put some legs to it. What are the barriers? What steps do you need to take? Is the goal worthy of the effort?

Spend a few minutes thinking about where you want to be in a month, 3 months, a year. Give yourself the added benefit of accountability by posting to comments. You have a supportive community of athletes and coaches willing to help you stay on track. What's stopping you?
