Outdoor workouts are awesome. A sign of things to come?
Outdoor workouts are awesome. A sign of things to come?

Happy July--

I'm not sure how this all happened so fast, but we are already well into July and in the thick of summer. I know many of you are curious about the status of the new space and when we are going to make the move. Our crew is working hard on the new space and we hope to have it ready for a smooth transition. More realistically though, we will be asking for your flexibility in workout locations and schedule adjustments for the last week in July and first week of August. Our priority is getting a workout space ready to rock by August 1st or as soon as possible, then finishing the details once we get fully moved. It will be a work in progress and I thank you in advance for your understanding a flexibility.

While the first priority is a functional workout space, the big question of a Grand Opening party looms large. Right now we are looking at late August and plan to use the occasion to introduce ourselves to the broader community. We are working on new group Foundations and Beginners classes and will have some Free Intro Workouts to help folks understand who we are and what we are doing. We will be rolling out a referral program that benefits both our current members as well as new athletes. Specialty programs and groups will make their way back on the schedule along with more open gym time. There is SO MUCH in the works right now and we appreciate your support and encouragement more than you know.

Finally, many of you have asked how you can help. Thank you. Up to this point, our contractors have been doing the heavy lifting. Don't worry though, your time is coming. The last week in July and first week in August will be full of opportunities to use your fitness and we will gladly accept help from anyone and everyone. There will be flooring to lay, equipment to move, racks and rigs to put together and lots and lots of clean up. I will give you as much notice as possible for these work days as I know how you guys love to lend a helping hand. I am very grateful for each and everyone of you and look forward to being on the other side of this transition.
