Thanks to everyone that came out today for a tribute workout in honor of Veteran's Day. It was a special day and I was honored to get to share it with you. Today's festivities also included a celebration of the completion of the fall Whole Life Challenge. For those who joined me on the journey, a sincere "well done" is in order. I have done many of these challenges and I never fail to take something away from each one. I enjoyed so much reading your reflections and connecting with you on a more personal level. Many of you have commented that you are sticking with it or at least parts of it. That's what it's all about. Remember how good you feel now and the progress you made over the course of the challenge.

If you missed this one or are already thinking about the next one, don't worry! There is a New Year's Whole Life Challenge coming in January. We have already registered a team and there will be a crew of us (big or small) ready to support each other through the next one. I know I said we were going to take a break, but too many of you have asked about it and we have so many new athletes that it seems only right to jump back in. (I was ready after the Break the Fast party this morning.) A couple of months from now, you will be ready for the structure, discipline, and support of the Whole Life Challenge again. And, even better, the next one is only 6 weeks long!

Our friends at the Whole Life Challenge wrote an article this week entitled Perfection and Plan B: 9 Tips for Mastering Life When Things Go Wrong. I liked it so much that I am sharing it with you to ponder over your morning coffee. I hope you find it as insightful as I did. It's a nice example of the good stuff in the WLC beyond just the nutrition.

And when you're ready, feel free to go ahead and register for the January challenge. I'll be right there with you. You will get early bird pricing and know that you have a plan to support those New Year's goals. Make sure you add yourself to the team "CrossFit Catacombs" so we can be on the journey together.
