We don't mess around when it comes to getting new athletes started at Catacombs. A strong start with an emphasis on good movement patterns, form, and safety is the critical to long term success. We also want the opportunity to expose you to our culture and how we operate. Foundations is the mechanism by which we do this. Check out our video above to learn more about our Private Foundations program. We apply the same principles to our Group Foundations program.

Our November Foundations series is scheduled and open for registration. This will be the last Group Foundations series that we offer this year. Get a head start on the New Year's rush and get into a fitness routine to carry you through the holidays. It's a great way to fight the stress and temptations that often come with the holiday season. Details and registration links are below. This series is limited to 8 athletes.

November Foundations:
Nine sessions beginning Thursday, November 2 through Tuesday November 21.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 6 PM; attendance at 7 of 9 sessions is strongly encouraged.

If these dates or times do not work for you or your schedule but you still want to get started, Private Foundations is for you. Private Foundations consists of 4 one-on-one sessions with a coach, scheduled at your convenience ($200). If you have a friend that wants to join with you and you can coordinate schedules, we can make that work as well ($300).
