3 Bar muscle-ups
Well, it's a great thing that we got to practice our power snatches on Thursday because we see them again on Friday. I know that there are not many of you that have bar muscle-ups yet, but don't worry. We will scale as always and get you some practice with jumping bar muscle-ups. We will have a great time with this workout whether the RX version is within your reach or not.
