Hey Guys--

I know it is still technically "early December", but I am already fired up about New Year's. As many of you know, I am a sucker for resolutions and goals. Last week, I wrote a post on why setting and working toward goals is important. You can read that post here. Today, I want to give you some ways to make those ideas actionable.

First, CrossFit Catacombs logbooks are here. I ordered these based on your feedback from the Member Survey. More than a few of you said that you wanted a way to track your progress outside of ZenPlanner. I understand where you are coming from as I use an old-fashioned paper and pen logbook myself. Don't worry ZenPlanner users, that isn't going away. This is just another option for those of you that like to hold it in your hands and flip back to see from where you have come. CFC Logbooks are $15 and are in limited supply.

Second, logbooks are great places to track your workouts, but they are also great places to write down some milestones and goals. Not sure where to start? Don't worry, let's figure it out together. Join us for an informal goal setting session to brainstorm ideas and strategies, then commit to accomplishing some milestones. Your odds will be much better if you allow yourself to be accountable to the community. We will host an informal goal setting session on Saturday, December 31, at 11 AM. There is no cost for this session and no sign up is required; this is completely informal. Members only please.

Have some goals but not quite sure how to accomplish them? Check out our new Six Pack program. No, we aren't passing out 6 packs or even promising 6 pack abs. This program is for established members to get focused coaching on exactly what you want to work on. Engage a coach to work with you one on one to set goals, break them into milestones, develop progressions that you can work on independently, then take you through the steps to achieve them. If you've been doing CrossFit for awhile but can't quite master some of the higher skill movements, this is a great way to go. Give yourself the gift of a 6 pack of 30 minute skill sessions with a coach. These can be spread out over 6 months or concentrated into one depending on how quickly you want to move. Cost for a Six Pack is $195.

That's it for today folks. Hopefully I've got you thinking about what you want to accomplish in 2017. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
