We have some exciting news to drop today. More capacity is coming in the New Year but starting THIS WEEKEND we are adding Sunday class. We know classes have been feeling a little full as of late and we heard what you said in the Member Survey. We will be adding more options after the first of the year, but wanted to drop this one NOW. No more excuses for not meeting your frequency and consistency goals. Sign up as usual in ZenPlanner.

We are also adding back days to our T-Up! youth program. We recognize that our current crew of kids is on the younger side and some of our older teens would like to see more challenging workouts in a class of their own. Here is the skinny from Head Coach Dustin:

We are pumped to announce that we will be kickstarting a brand new youth program called T-Up+. As of late, we have had a combined class of our middle school and high school groups on Mondays and Wednesdays. As we continue to grow in number and diversity of interests, we want to offer opportunities best suited to all of our middle school and high school athletes.

T-Up+ is a class designed for athletes 13 and older who are looking to get serious about their training. We will establish goals and commit to putting in the work required to reach them. We take it upon ourselves to give our best in workouts, choose form over load, delete the word “can’t” from our vocabulary, and support one another in our commitment. There is a time and place for games and we will still have fun, but at T-Up+ our focus is on working hard. T-Up+ is only for athletes 13 and over that are ready to increase the intensity and volume of their workouts.

Beginning January 2nd, the T-Up! classes that you know and love will move to Tuesday and Thursday at 4 PM. They are open to all athletes 11 and over. T-Up+ takes over Monday and Wednesday from 4 to 5pm. Punch passes will still be $150 for 10 classes. They are good for both T-Up! and T-Up+ and can be shared between siblings. Questions? Ask Dustin. He's happy to help.

Finally, don't forget the Holiday Party on December 30th and the Goal Setting Session on December 31st. Get all the details here.
