Participating in the Concept 2 Holiday Challenge? Here is a bonus workout for you. Complete it on your own or with a couple of friends and add 6,000M to your total. Remember team, we are being creative with how we get to 100,000 meters. Accumulate them on the rower or ski-erg, log the distance on snow via skinny skis or even run or hike them. Just measure your distances and get the work done. The goal is to keep moving through the holiday period that is typically a wasteland of poor nutrition and little exercise.
