Three important things to remind you all about today.
First, the Mobility Clinic is happening on Saturday at 11 AM. If you can at all make this, you will be glad you did. Come prepared to work on your tight/sore/painful areas and bring a partner to help if you can. Non-Catacombs members are welcome and there is no charge for this event.
Second, we are hard at work preparing for the Catacombs Games. If you have not yet signed up, you still can. We are doing this team-style and we have some awesome Team Captains in place. In case you didn't read the earlier blog post, you DO NOT have to participate in the official CrossFit Open. Our scoring system will be based on participation, team spirit, and pot luck creativity among other things. Questions? Just ask.
Finally, the last Milestone Workout will be on Friday. It's a doozy but has something for everyone. Hopefully you've been recording your scores for these. You WILL want to know how you did when we repeat these in March/April.
