Milestone Workout #2

Many of you were able to make it in Monday for the first Milestone Workout. Hopefully you logged your score or wrote it down somewhere. If you missed it, Open Gym will be waiting for you on Saturday. And if you just can't make it happen, don't worry. There are more benchmarks coming so just make the ones that you can.

Today's workout features "heavyish" power cleans. As always, we are going to help you scale to a weight that will be appropriate for you and the intent of the workout. The teams are going to be big enough where you won't be dragging them down. Also, if you are interested in being a team captain, let me know.
