Schedule Updates

Happy Hump Day Athletes-

Some of you have asked about changes to the class schedule, adding class times, and the coach scheduled. We always value your input and do our best to work with you on what you need. I thought I would take this opportunity to lay out the thought process around some of the changes we are making and some of the things we are keeping the same.

First, we are not adding or cutting any classes from the schedule for the foreseeable future. Yes, we've had some full classes lately, but there is still plenty of capacity at every time slot throughout the week. Second, we have moved around which coaches are leading classes at certain days and times to help even things out a little bit more. This will remain fairly consistent until summer. As a coaching staff, we do sometimes trade assigned classes or cover for each other as needed. We try to minimize last minute changes, but sometimes they happen. Never doubt that we are ALL committed to coaching the crap out of every athlete in every workout. Third, we are working to share information better between us so that you get equally awesome coaching and workout preparation across all classes.

Finally, if you are looking for class days and times when attendance is a little lighter so that you can get even more individualized attention, let me help you out. Mondays and Fridays are generally the busiest days. The most popular class times are 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM. Noon and 6 PM are good bets for a small class with lots of individual attention.

As always, let me know if you have questions. We like your feedback. Hopefully this helps explain some of the schedule shenanigans that we've had going on lately.
