The 12 Days Wrap Up

Here we are, mid-January. Statistics show that most people who made New Year's Resolutions have already given up hope on them. Hopefully, by starting with small, manageable changes, you are all feeling like you are back on track and primed for upping the ante. One of the things that I always bring up when I am talking to athletes that are new to Catacombs or current athletes looking to take it to the next level is the concept of sustainability. Challenges like the "12 Day Reboot" are great because they are short term and actionable. Most of you (if not all) who participated in this challenge will not carry forward all of the challenges that were laid out over the 12 days. That was never the intention. The goal was to regain control of some of the variables in our lives that impact how we feel. At the end of these challenges, your set point is hopefully a little higher than it was when you went into it. You have broken a cycle of negative behaviors and now you have the power to choose which ones you reincorporate with moderation and which ones you choose to mostly avoid.

Congratulations to all of you who took on this challenge and completed any part of it. Post to comments and let me know how it went. If you completed all the tasks for all 12 days, shout it out and tell us how you feel 12 days later.
