Friday Night Lights This Week!

Fall may still be around the corner but Friday Night Lights (FNL) is already back! If you've never been to the Catacombs version of FNL, you are in for a treat. What is it? It is a combination of a Games-style throwdown and a good-old fashioned Friday afternoon Happy Hour. You can choose whether you participate in the workout component (there might be a little peer pressure), the Happy Hour portion (of course), or jump into both (our recommendation). We will run heats of the workout for as long as we have takers or you can hit a group class earlier in the day if you prefer to move straight into Happy Hour. This is a fantastic time to meet up with new and old friends that attend different class times or line up a buddy to workout with you at Open Gym.

We will also announce the winners from the August "Log Your Results Challenge" at FNL. One female and one male athlete will win a free t-shirt for logging the most scores in ZenPlanner this month. A third winner will be drawn from all athletes logging 10 or more scores for the month. A full selection of apparel will be available for purchase and many of our older shirts will be discounted to make room for the new stuff.

Please bring an appetizer and/or beverage to share. No need to sign up online for FNL...just come. Warm-up for the first heat will kick off at 5 PM. We typically run the last heat just after 6 PM so if you can't make it till 6, you can still participate. You are welcome to bring friends and family too, just know that we won't run the usual class format and that warm-up will be more self-directed than usual.

I look forward to seeing you all there!
