One of our newer athletes, Scott Shine placed 4th in a 50-mile race in Bryce Canyon this weekend. While we can't take credit for Scott's talent and fitness, we do applaud his commitment to working his weaknesses and using CrossFit to become a better all around athlete. Give him a high five when you see him around Catacombs this week.
Scott will also be co-leading the Catacombs Endurance Team when we launch in just over a month. You won't find a nicer guy to get you to the starting line and finish line of your next (or first) half marathon. In the meantime, get to a CrossFit Endurance Workout to test drive it on Monday evenings at 6 PM.
