If you have not read your email from us, please read... We have exciting news! We are switching over our client and class management software to a new system, Zen Planner. This system is going to be more robust and allow us to do cool things like track workout results and manage attendance right from your phone.  You received an email with your new login information and can login the first time through or from your mobile device, simply go to, log in and bookmark it.

You will then be able to do the following from your mobile device:

  1. Reserve your spot in our classes
  2. Check In when you arrive
  3. Upload a profile photo
  4. Log your workout results before you leave
  5. View and pay your bills
  6. Back squat like Schwarzenegger
  7. and so much more

Before you ask...

  1. If your account was on "autopay" and your payment date is after today, you will need to enter new payment info into the system before your bill will be processed. Please help us out with this as we can't transfer payment info. Your payment date remains the same.
  2. You will notice that the prices for memberships are higher in the new system. Don't worry. You have all been grandfathered in with your existing rates for the time being. 
  3. If you are on a family or couples membership, you may only receive one login. If you register for classes separately and want separate logins, just let me know. 
  4. We will rollout the workout tracking component next week if all goes well with the first piece. Just hang tight!
  5. If you signed up for class through the old system this week, don't worry. We've got you covered. If you haven't yet, go ahead and give the new system a whirl.

Thanks for your patience and help! We will keep the old system up and running through the end of the month so we can resolve any questions about your accounts, memberships, etc. Don't hesitate to ask!
