Be More Human and Be Proud

Hey Guys,
We get lambasted by advertising and marketing at every turn these days. Most commercials are geared toward getting you to buy something that will make you better looking, smarter, or generally have super powers. I roll my eyes at most fitness commercials and have a hard time keeping my anger in check when I see commercials offering a quick fix for health and fitness. We all know it doesn't work that way.
So when I saw that Reebok was releasing a "CrossFit ad", I was beyond skeptical. Bikini-clad body builders flipping tires? CrossFit Games footage? Not even close to what CrossFit means to me. Lucky for me, I actually watched past the first 15 seconds of the commercial before passing judgement. What I saw made me proud to be a CrossFit coach and resonated with CrossFit means to me.
