As we approach this holiday week, I have so much for which to be grateful. The Catacombs community is of course, very high on that list. We will be running a mostly regular schedule through midday on Christmas Eve. I hope you find opportunities for a little relief from the frenzy in the form of workout with us. But more than that, I hope you find a few quiet moments for reflection.
Enjoy the holidays in whatever capacity is most meaningful for you. We are already working on nutrition plans and lifestyle challenges for January to help you bring everything back into focus once the holiday season is done. But don't go there just yet...enjoy the days in front of you right now.
One last reminder, please remember to sign up for classes in advance this week. Classes are subject to cancellation if no one has signed up at least an hour in advance. Oh yeah, and since some of you have been asking, the annual "12 Days of Christmas" workout will be on Tuesday this week.
