Non-lifting partner completes accessory work between rounds.
CrossFit Total - It's been a great week with lots of folks completing the total. If you missed a component, you will have the opportunity to make it up on Friday. If you've completed all three, congratulations! We will have a rope climb skill session for your enjoyment today. As always, there will be an option for everyone. Today's regular workout is a partner version of the Hero Workout "Kutschbach". Don't judge this one by its cover...it's a doozy.
Regular Open Gym - Want to play around with a movement you are working on improving, revisit the CrossFit Total or just get in an additional workout? Remember that there is a Saturday Open Gym. Hours for Open Gym are every Saturday from 9-11. Most importantly, please make sure you record your 1-rep max numbers from this week either in ZenPlanner or your logbook. Also, like always, sign up for Open Gym on ZenPlanner so the coaches know who is coming.
