5 rounds for time of:
225/155-lb. Deadlifts, 10 reps
75/55-lb. Snatches, 10 reps
10 Handstand push-ups
75/55-lb. Snatches, 10 reps

Free Intro Session

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 27th. We will be hosting a free intro session at 6 PM for anyone interested in CrossFit, but not sure how to start. The session will include an overview of what CrossFit is along with how and why it works. We will teach a mini-class complete with a workout. Finally we will talk about how Catacombs works and why we think we are so special. We will stick around to answer questions and get you lined up with next steps if you are ready to commit after testing the waters. 

This workout is open to anyone in the community that is interested in CrossFit. We are extending a special invitation to our friends at the Durango Running Club that have been so supportive of the Catacombs Endurance Team. This is your chance to come and sample the intensity that can take your running to the next level. We want to be your off-season training program and help you round out your fitness over the winter. Your running WILL improve by spending some time in the gym this winter working on core strength, power output, and overall strength. 

Catacombs family, we will have regular class that night as well; but, feel free to drag your friends and family in to give this a whirl. We will have scaled options for everyone (as always). You are welcome to come with them and hold their hand if they need a buddy. Questions? Email Tracie (tracie@crossfitcatacombs.com).
