I am not one of those people that start stressing about the work week on Sunday. In fact, I'm a big proponent of squeezing every second out of the weekend. But that doesn't mean that I like rolling into the week unprepared. I have found that a little preparation time on the weekend makes the week run so much smoother. Meals get planned, groceries are procured, laundry put away, and WORKOUTS SCHEDULED. Yes, that's right. I put my workout times in my weekly schedule so that it doesn't get pushed to the margins when life gets crazy. Have you signed up for your classes for the week yet? If not, get on it. 

Also, keep in mind that we have added 8:30 AM classes on Tuesday and Thursday this week. If this proves to be popular time, you will see them 5 days a week in the near future. With our expanding class schedule, it is important that you sign up for classes. Any class with no one signed up one hour prior to class time will be canceled.
