Some of you may have noticed the slightly younger faces running, lifting, and doing pull ups around the gym lately. Or maybe you just saw it on the schedule and wondered what kind of antics we are up too now. Catacombs has launched an after-school teens program. Durangateens are a group of teenagers committed to improving their fitness through CrossFit. The strength and conditioning program for kids ages 14-18 is fantastic as an off-season training program for athletes that compete in specific sports or as all-inclusive fitness training for those not drawn to traditional team sports. As always, we scale to meet every athlete where they are and the emphasis is on keeping it positive and supportive. 

The program is open to all kids ages 14 to 18. Currently the class runs Tuesday and Thursday at 4PM. The cost is $200 for a 10-punch pass for nonmembers or $150 for Catacombs families. Punch cards can be shared among siblings as well. Email Tracie (tracie@crossfitcatacombs.com) if you would like to check out a class or are ready to get started.
