Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you will start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
We've got you. We will take the time to understand where you are and work together to make a plan. We aren't going to let you get in over your head. Our goal is to get you on a path of sustainable and measurable progress. Big changes take time and we are prepared to be in this with you for the long haul. You will not find a more friendly, supportive, or welcoming group anywhere in Durango.
So many things. Our coaching staff is dedicated to helping you get the results you are looking for and we are relentless in our focus. We know our members by name and the goals that you are working toward. Our gym atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and universally supportive. Your job is to show up and do the work. We take care of the rest.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 3 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. We know from working with hundreds of athletes that consistently showing up is the fastest way to get results.
Group classes are great because of the high energy and community vibe. They are only effective however, if you consistently show up and put in the work. If you are new to exercise or know that you need more accountability, private training might be a better fit.
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
No. That's not how we do things. We will be clear and transparent in our membership terms and you can always cancel at any time. Our goal is to keep you as a member for life and for you to fall in love with the pursuit of health and fitness but we won't make it difficult if you need to pause or cancel.
It depends on the type of class you attend. We will help you choose the classes that are most in line with your goals and interests. We include a mixture of body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, and squats; barbells or dumbbells; as well as gymnastics and plyometric movements. But don't worry! Our coaches are always prepared with options and modifications to help every athlete get what they need.
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Many people find that as they start working on their fitness, their nutrition begins to improve as well. The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health. We would be happy to work with you on your nutrition.
